• Procurement and Vendor Support

  We advise on long-lead items, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) execution, FAT/SAT oversight, and change order management. This structured approach, applied in onshore projects like Sasol Lake Charles Ethylene and Derivatives Plant, Chevron Phillips Ethylene expansions, and Permico Midstream Partners' pipelines, gas processing, and liquefaction facilities, identifies risks early and keeps schedules and costs under control.

• Commissioning and Handover

  We develop Mechanical Completions Plans, coordinate inspections, and ensure safe energizations with LOTO protocols for effective Transfer of Custody and Control—proven in marine conversions, FPSOs, and current offshore wind substations like Inch Cape and Moray West.
